inside the Arndale.Not very busy at any one time.but many people in & out.Lots of Big Retailers.Accrington smaller than Halifax.But Center of town very compact& Modern.everything within 2/3 minutes walk ARNDALE HIOGH STREET INDOOR&OUTDOOR MARKETS(MARKETS CLOSED SATURDAY&SUNDAY)Security Guard seemed to think ailse OUTSIDE center not INSIDE????????.3 walkways..........This is "worse".Poorer shops/futherest away from the high street.......bit of a dead-end(except it IS the entrance for car parking.
